Zee Zindagi plans to bring out original content on its anniversary

On the successful completion of its one year run on 23rd June 2015, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd’s (ZEEL) premium Hindi general entertainment channel Zindagi, plans to bring out original content for its viewers.
The channel was launched a year ago with an objective of creating a new category within the genre, targeting the ‘progressive mind-sets’. Although the channel had syndicated content from Pakistan and finite shows like- Aunn Zara’, ‘Badalte Rishtey’, ‘Dhoop Chhaon’, ‘Humsafar’, ‘Kash Main Teri Beti Na Hoti’, ‘Kitni Girhain Baaki Hain’  ,’Maat’, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’, etc, the channel witnessed a subdued start on the ratings chart.
However, on the occasion of its 1st anniversary,the channel is all set to introduce its first original production in the form of a non-fiction show, ‘Shukriya’. To be hosted by actor Gunjan Utreja, the show will give viewers a chance to thank their loved ones.
