Chanpreet Arora becomes CEO at Vice India

Chanpreet Arora has been appointed as the chief executive officer (CEO) by Vice India, which is the joint venture (JV) between Times Group and Vice Media. This is the third major appointment in recent times at Vice India; it has recently appointed Pragya Tiwari as the editor-in-chief and Samira Kanwar as the head of video.


Earlier, Arora was the head revenue strategy and sales operations at Times Internet.

Vice is opening offices in Mumbai and Delhi which will have a studio. Under the deal, the Vice-Times Group will launch TV channel Viceland in India, and create and distribute local programming for online and mobile.
