The leading global OTT player Amazon Prime Video will launch its second Indian original series ‘Breathe’ starring R Madhavan. Its first original Indian series Inside Edge was a big success.
Breathe is a medical thriller, which is being produced in collaboration with Abundantia Entertainment, is slated to release in 2018. Apart from Madhavan, the show also features Amit Sadh and Sapna Pabbi in lead roles.
Amazon will launch the show in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu language. Recently, Madhavan unveiled the logo of the show on the social networking sites Twitter and Facebook.
In recent past, Amazon Prime Video had signed Irrfan Khan as the lead actor for its upcoming Indian Amazon Original – The Ministry. Created by Gursimran Khamba of AIB, ‘The Ministry’ is a political satire set in contemporary India’s corridors of power and is set to launch globally in 2018 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
