Stake (3.07%) worth Rs 91.94 in cable TV and broadband service provider Hathway Cable & Datacom crore have been offloaded by the Singapore-based foreign investor CLSA Global Markets. It was done in an open market.
Now after this sale, CLSA Global Markets’ stake comes down to 6.48%. Eelier, it held 9.55% stake in the company. As per the bulk data on NSE, CLSA Global Markets offloaded 2.55 crore shares at an average price of Rs 35.99, valuing the transaction at Rs 91.94 crore. The buyer of the shares could not be known till now.
Earlier too in April, an unknown buyer had bought 16458492 shares at Rs 39.5 per share valuing the transaction at Rs 65.01 crore. On the same day, 17954380 shares were sold at Rs 39.50 a share for Rs 70.92 crore.In March, 4400000 shares changed hands in a bulk deal at a price of Rs 33.5 per share. The total value of the deal was Rs 14.74 crore.
