Bharat Kedia resigns from ZEEL

Bharat Kedia, ZEEL’s chief financial officer, has quit the company.  He joined ZEEL in July 2017 to replace Mihir Modi.


ZEEL told BSE: “This is to inform you that Mr Bharat Kedia, Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the Company as at the close of business on April 28, 2018.”

Kedia has over 25 years of diversified experience spanning the entire gamut of finance including Taxation, Treasury, Financial Reporting with the additional responsibility of IPO, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Information Technology, Procurement, HR, M&A, SAP Implementation and Legal & Compliance function.

Earlier, he had worked with Parag Milk Foods and Coca-Cola.He has also been conferred with one of India’s most prestigious awards for the Finance Community – the ‘CFO-100’ at nine dot nine India’s CFO-100 Awards 2015-16.
