The global OTT giant Netflix has appointed former Snapdeal general counsel Ashish Chandra as a legal director. He had left Snapdeal in April 2017 to join Astro Malaysia as VP and head counsel.
He has over 17 years’ experience in e-commerce, mobile payment, telecom, media & technology domain. He also had stints at Reliance Industries’ media and entertainment vertical and Star India.
He is known as a successful master with expertise in structuring, and negotiation, and concluded quite a few billion-dollar deals spanning multiple jurisdictions for high-end technology transfer, M&A and financing.
