Gaurav Gandhi, who has resigned from Viacom18 Digital Ventures where he was COO, has been appointed as India head of Amazon’s video on demand (VoD) service Amazon Prime Video India. He will replace Nitesh Kripalani.
Gandhi played a crucialrole in the launch of Viacom18’s VoD platform Voot. Prior to Viacom18 Digital Ventures, he was the COO of IndiaCast Media Distribution the content monetisation arm of TV18 and Viacom18.
