The order on Revenue sharing by TDSAT to come soon

The Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) is likely to pass an order on the contentious revenue sharing issue soon. The arguments on the issue between LCOs and MSOs are being heard by the TDSAT for the last 10 days.
The petition was submitted by the companies Indusind Media Communication and Digicable Services against TRAI. They wanted the revenue sharing ratio between MSOs and LCOs to be kept at 65:35 for Rs 100 payment by the subscribers.

After listening to both sides, TDSAT asked MSOs to give the details of their costing by September 21, 2012, and the decision on the same is likely within a week.
