TDSAT orders Digicable to pay outstanding dues of MediaPro

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has asked Digicable to pay the outstanding dues to MediaPro after the Media Pro had filed a case against Digicable for outstanding dues of July and August.
Media reports quoted Tejveer Bhatia, representing MediaPro, as saying, “This issue has been pending since the last couple of months and Digicable is not ready to pay our dues. They are saying that they will pay only part of the outstanding dues. Another important matter is that the deal was to pay all the dues by the fifth of every month. We have not received any payment so far, hence, we are requesting payment of the dues for September too.”The outstanding amount from Digicable is Rs 15 crore and the company has asked the TDSAT court to allow Digicable pay its dues in installments due to large amount to be paid.
