American commercial broadcast television and radio network, CBS is expected to sign a deal with Apple TV for online distribution.
Apple TV is a digital media player and it has been planning to slim down package of TV channels and Les Moonves, CEO of CBS said that CBS is likely to be included in that service.
“We will probably do a deal with Apple TV,” Moonves said during a conference hosted by Recode, an online technology news service. He said, in future, customers will avoid subscribing big packages of TV channels.
He added that he has met a senior Apple executive last week and talks are going on.
