Videocon honored at 12th National Award for Excellence in Cost Management 2014

Videocon, the leading consumer electronics brand with the largest distribution network in the country, bagged the esteemed award for good performance in private manufacturing under large organization category, at the 12th National Award for Excellence in Cost Management 2014.
Organized by The Institute Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), the National Award is given to companies for their valuable contribution to industry and the society at large, showcasing excellence and forward thinking. This is the third consecutive year that the brand has emerged as a winner at the Excellence in Cost Management Award ceremony, retaining its position as an efficient company. Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain, CFO, Videocon (CE/HA Div.) accepted the award during a graceful event held amongst industry stalwarts and corporate leaders in New Delhi.

The event was attended by industry leaders and was chaired by Chief Guest Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore (Retd.) AVSM , Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting, Dr. A.S. Durga Prasad, President, The Institute Cost Accountants of India.
