KVL Narayan Rao re-elected NBA President for 2013-14

News Broadcasters Association (NBA) has announced the appointment of its office-bearers for 2013-14. 

KVL Narayan Rao has been re-elected as the president of NBA. Rao is executive vice chairperson of the NDTV Group.

Meanwhile, Ashok Venkatramani (CEO, ABP News, MCCS) has been appointed as the Vice President of NBA. Venkatramani replaces former Zee News CEO Barun Das at this post. He earlier held the position of honorary treasurer, responsibility of which now will be taken by B.Saikumar, Group CEO of Network18.

The other Members on the NBA Board are, Rajat Sharma, Chairman, Independent News Services, Sunil Lulla, MD & CEO, Times Global Broadcasting, Ashish Bagga, Director, TV Today Network, Alok Agrawal, CEO, Zee News Ltd. and Anurradha Prasad, Chairperson-cum-MD, News24 Broadcast India.
