Alok Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer of Zee Nedia Corporation has given his resignation from the post. Keeping with the trend of announcing departures Twitter, Agrawal on 12th May morning tweeted that he is on way to joining Reliance Industries, and he also thanked “Team Zee News.
Agrawal is on way to joins RIL, where he will play a senior role in RIL’s Core Executive Council that oversees the conglomerate’s media initiatives.
What makes Agrawal’s move to RIL at this juncture interesting is the fact that a string of senior media hands have recently been roped in by Reliance to beef up its media leadership team.
