Rajan Singh, EVP and head of Star India’s international business, has left the company to pursue other interests.
Rajan Singh was instrumental in expanding Star India’s global footprint, particularly in North America and Europe.
Singh was with Sony Entertainment Television Asia (now Multi Screen Media) handling its international operations for over 12 years.
He also served as CEO for Zee TV in the UK and Europe. He developed the Africa operations for Zee TV, and held the position of managing director of East FM, which was the first 24-hour radio service in East Africa.
