CNN-IBN along with Thums Up, Being Human and American India Foundation (AIF), has started VEER, a special initiative that aims to highlight the struggles of people with disability (PwDs) in India and raise funds to make them employable.
On the show the panelist’s will discuss the urgent need to create barrier-free environments so that PwDs can lead their day-to-day lives with dignity. The panelists also stress upon the need for addressing social indifference and changing people’s mindsets towards PwDs.
