iYogi launches digital cloud service

A provider of software and technical support services iYogi has launched a cloud-based solution for support automation and customer experience management.
By using digital service, technology retailers, OEMs and global service providers or BPO companies can gain profit by expanding their business, the estimation of about $100 billion globally and least Rs 20,000 crore in India according to Uday Challu, CEO and Co-founder iYogi.
