CQ-Digicablecomm gets stay order against MIB registration cancellation

Relief came to Kolkata based multi system operator Digicablecomm as the state High Court has granted stay to the MSO against the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting order to cancel his registration. The stay order will be remain in force till 29th August or until further orders.   
On 18th July Ministry of Information and Broadcasting had cancelled permanent license of Digicablecomm due to denial of security clearance by Ministry of Home Affairs.  
Earlier, Amritsar-based independent MSO God Father Communication had got stay orders from Punjab & Haryana High Courts on the MIB’s notification to cancel their provisional DAS licences.
