Cisco enhances Videoscape architecture in India

Networking solution provider Cisco said on 23 April it has integrated the video delivery platform of Apalya Technologies Pvt Ltd to its service Videoscape for adding live TV and mobile video capabilities. 
Apalya Technologies is a managed service provider of video streaming to telecom operators, handset manufacturers and content owners. 

“Cisco has also made an investment in Apalya. This investment was done along with existing investors IDGVI (IDG Ventures India), IUVP (Indo US Venture Partners) and Qualcomm,” Cisco said in a release.
