RBNL reshuffles top management

Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL) has announced a number of key changes in its top level management.
Ashwin Padmanabhan, the Former Business Head for West and South, will take over as the Business Head for the entire network. Padmanabhan has been a part of Big FM since its inception and began his career as a Station Head for its Hyderabad Station.

Niting Jake has been appointed as the National Sales Head. He has had experience across sectors such as automobiles, telecom and insurance, and having worked with leading brands like Maruti, Airtel and Max Life Insurance, Jake will oversee the national sales function.
Shalini Dureja has been moved to Vice President, Head Impact Sales West and South. In her new role she shall be looking after key clients, selling key innovations and intellectual properties, while maximising revenues. Dureja has been a part of Big FM from the last six years.
Kiran Thangarajan has been promoted to Cluster Head, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Thangarajan has been with Big FM for almost two years, prior to which he has worked with brands such as Bharti Airtel and HDFC Bank.
Charanjeet Arora has been appointed as the Regional Business Head - North 2, which includes the regions of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Rajasthan.
The last change in the management is of Sanjeev Sharma, who has been appointed as the National Head – Government Business, where he will be responsible for revenue generation for both the radio and television businesses.
