Digicable Comm gets relief from Calcutta HC on Cancellation of its Registration

Calcutta High Court has extended the stay order on 30th August  on Digicable Comm’s licence cancellation of MSO Registration/Licence due to MHA not giving it security clearance. The MSO had earlier got a stay order on the cancellation of the registration/licence by the MIB till 29 August.
On 29 August  Justice Nadira Patheria while hearing the petitioner, extended the stay till 31 October. 

Last month, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) had cancelled the registration of Digicable Comm.
