Over the top (OTT) platform YuppTV and News aggregation platform Dailyhunt have reached an agreement for live TV service.The deal will enable YuppTV to make its South-Asian and regional content accessible via Live TV to Dailyhunt customers.
As per company sources, the new platform will have 130 channels in 9 languages across various genres.
According to Dailyhunt Founder and CEO Virendra Gupta, “Live TV is a critical element of our user’s current content consumption. At Dailyhunt, we understand that our audience is looking for news & content that is of a newsy nature. Consumer interests drive the innovation at Dailyhunt and we are delighted to work with YuppTV to launch Live TV.”
