A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Ekta Kapoor-led production house Balaji Telefilms and Entertainment company Oyeeee Media under which Balaji can enter into a development of concepts for the third party.
Oyeeee’s board has approved the proposal to enter into a MoU to exclusively collaborate with Balaji on mutually agreeable terms for the development of the concept to be produced by the production house for the third party. It has also decided to enter into an agreement with Essel Vision Productions to provide the latter services as a creative producer.
Oyeeee Media operates in segments like event management, TV video production, artist management and film production.
