BARC to prepone launch of Spot Monitoring Services from March

The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India is getting ready to rollout the services (like AdEx of TAM) by 1 March, 2015, as reported in the media.
This preponement is being done to avoid a rating dark period, the industry was a little worried about as it would have impacted their billing business.
 Currently, BARC is tracking 350 channels for spot monitoring services like AdEx of TAM.
