The Ahmedabad-based Neesa Group, having interests in hospitality, education and IT sectors, on Monday said it would launch an English news and infotainment channel, headquartered in New Delhi, in the next couple of months.
The Group had launched a Hindi national news and infotainment channel, ‘Jano Duniya’ a few months ago, Arvind Gupta, Director of Neesa Group, said in a press release.
Neesa Group plans to strengthen their media business through backward integration which will include setting up of own teleport, media training institutes and take the endeavor forward with launch of more channels across different genres. Keeping abreast with the changing technology, the group plans to set up multiple distribution platforms such as digital, online and mobile apps as well.
‘Jano Duniya’ is available for viewing in all major cities of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Bihar and Mumbai.
