Sanjeev Garg, CEO, Diligent Media Corporation Ltd (DMCL), has resigned with effect from 17 April.
DMCL said: “This is to inform you that Mr. Sanjeev Garg has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business on April 17, 2018. Consequently, he also ceases to be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.”
DMCL owns and wo newspapers English broadsheet DNA and Marathi daily Zee Divya Marathi.
