IMImobile takes over a UK-based digital solutions firm, Skinkers

IMImobile, a provider of value-added services solutions to mobile telephone operators, has acquired Skinkers, a UK-based digital agency.

Skinkers has worked in the area of desktop applications for the last 10 years. It has developed iPhone, iPad and Android applications. IMImobile is planning to integrate these skill sets with its DaVinci Evolved Service Platform that provides solutions such as two-screen interactive TV, m-commerce and customer care.
