Civolution Send 2 News partner on digital asset management for broadcast sports highlight

Civolution has inked a deal with SendtoNews, the digital US news syndication agency. SendtoNews will use data from all US and Canadian channels being monitored by Civolution's Teletrax platform to more effectively connect sports leagues, news outlets, and leading brands to premium sports video highlights. 

SendtoNews will monitor the data via its renewed Web-based analytics portal.

"Teletrax is a powerful digital asset management tool that will aid us to better understand precisely the reach of our content. The intelligence gathered will allow us to fine tune our offerings, better allocate our resources which should in turn positively impact our bottom line.'' 

SendtoNews will utilise Civolution's digital watermarking technology to encode sports content ingested from various sporting locations. Once it has been distributed across SendtoNews' media delivery network, sports content – which includes professional golf, hockey, soccer and motorsports highlight videos – will be tracked on the global Teletrax monitoring network. 

The combination of both digital watermarking and automated near real-time content monitoring will enable SendtoNews to better understand and confirm usage of their media packages.
