Healthcare channel Medi BizTV launched from Kerala

The healthcare segment is attracting television audiences in India. After Careworld TV, a dedicated free-to-air healthcare channel has been launched from Kerala.
Medi BizTV is available across 130 countries through APSTAR – 7 satellite covering Asia, Australia, Middle East, Eastern Africa and Eastern Europe.

Sohan Roy, CEO, BizTV Network, said,  “Medi BizTV is an international project on a grand scale to integrate the world medical scenario. At the moment, the world medical industry is highly fragmented with no unifying force to bring together the various elements. We bring together all the major players in the industry, promising great benefits to billions of people around the world.”
Some of the programmes planned are on motivational and spiritual aspects of life, lifestyle diseases, healthy eating habits, fitness, baby care, yoga, medical wonders and medical news in an entertaining way. Medi BizTV aims to reach out to the viewers with contents encompassing all aspects of healthy living.
Medi BizTV is promoted by BizTV Network, which also runs the world’s first maritime channel, Marine BizTV.
