A Judicial Magistrate Court, Chennai on 30 December granted conditional bail to S. Dinesh kumar, News Editor of Captain TV, who was arrested recently based on a sexual harassment complaint by a former woman employee.
Denying allegations levelled against him by the complainant, Mr. Dinesh kumar claimed that he was innocent.
In his bail petition, Mr. Dinesh kumar said while she was working in the Captain TV, she had not discharged her duties properly. Hence, she was asked to move to another department.
