RJio comes up JioInteract, world’s first AI-based brand engagement platform

To further offer the latest in technology and cash in on its 186 million subscribers and another 150 million smartphone users, Reliance Jio Infocomm has come up with the world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) based brand engagement platform, Jio Interact.

One of the features is the Live Video Call, for which Jio has brought on-board  Amitabh Bachchan, who will promote his upcoming comedy-drama film ‘102 Not Out’ on the platform.The ‘Live Video Call’ will enable all Jio and other smartphone subscribers to make a video call with Amitabh Bachchan.

JioInteract is expected to become the largest platform for movie-promotion and brand engagement. It will have video call centres, video catalogue, and virtual showrooms.

According to Reliance Jio, “Such use of artificial intelligence is a first across the world and will reposition the way brands and customers think of engagement”.

RJio has positioned the new platform as VCBaaS (Video Call Bot as a Service) with its full-scale multimedia capabilities attempts to democratise Artificial Intelligence & Video Call technologies in a simplified way for effective brand engagement.
