Tata Sky announced the launch of Sony HD and Zee HD on its platform on May 8, 2012. All Tata Sky HD and HD+ subscribers can now enjoy their favorite general entertainment shows from Sony Entertainment and Zee in true high definition.
Both channels will be available as part of the HD Gold pack. With the introduction of these two channels, Tata Sky has now expanded its bouquet of true HD channels to ten.
