CQ- Maha Movie Channel reveals its growth plan.

DV Group, which has recently launched a 24x7 free-to-air Hindi channel- Maha Movie to cater viewers from cities and villages, within one month, has reached up to 300 Network. 
Maha Movie is currently available on analogue network and the company is in process to expand it on DTH platform as well as cable TV platforms. The channel, which is beaming from Intelsat 20 satellite, has so far distributed 300 IRD boxes to analogue platforms.
Mr.Sanjay Verma, CEO of Maha Movie said, “We launched Maha Movie on 1st June and now focusing to expand reach of channel even to the remote areas of the country.”
The company has acquired license for several great movies of its era and now in talks with big studios of the industry to buy movie rights, he added. 
Speaking about future plans and competition he said, “Today’s Hindi movies market is primarily dominated by the big players like Star, Zee, Sony and UTV Movies, but through persistence and determination we will definitely make a big space for our channel.”
