Times Group appoints Sheena Kapoor as head innovations

The Times Group has appointed Sheena Kapoor as head, Innovations, a newly created position. In her new role, Kapoor will conceptualise and drive innovation across Times Group media as well as provide brand solutions to the clients of the group. 

Kapoor has more than 12 years of experience in marketing and brand management functions across media, real estate, financial services and consulting sectors. She was a part of the co-promoter team of Artha, the South India-based real estate division of the Times Group. 

Talking about her new role, Kapoor says, "My immediate plan of action will include creating new formats as well as popularising the existing ad properties. Also I'll be working on creating and encouraging our Response team to sell brand solutions rather than just selling ad spaces."
