Epic Television Networks, a segmented entertainment channel is set to go digital with the launch of its mobile app in July.
According to an internal source, “The app will be a subscriber based for international markets”. “Things are under preparations and the official announcement will soon follow”, an official added.
As per a media expert, “Digital is the next big thing and Mahesh Samat MD of Epic TV, wanted to sell his content online. He has always believed that his content will travel overseas and I think this is a good move by the channel.”
