Delhi HC asks police to preserve Naveen Jindal's phone records in Zee case

Delhi High Court directs Zee News Ltd to share mobile phone numbers of SarvaShriSitaramJindal, PrithviJindal, NaveenJindal, Ravi Muthreja, SushilMaroo, VivekMittal and Rajeev Bhaduria.

Zee News Limited had filed an application u/s 156(3) on behalf of Shri. Subhash Chandra and same was listed for arguments. In the application, ZNL had prayed that the Hon’ble Court.

Pass necessary orders and directions to the investigating officer for calling the call records of SarvaShriSitaramJindal, PruthviJindal and NavinJindal for the months of September - November, 2012, preserving them and further examining S/s SitaramJindal, PrithviJindal and NavinJindal.

The Court directed the counsel of ZNL Shri Vijay Aggarwal to file the mobile numbers of S/s SitaramJindal, PrithviJindal and NavinJindal.

Further on the ZNL application u/s 156 (3) on behalf of Shri. Sudhir Chaudhary, as the same too was listed today for arguments, in the application we had prayed that the Hon’ble Court -

Pass necessary orders and directions to the investigating officer for calling the call records of telephone of SarvaShri. Ravi Muthreja, SushilMaroo, VivekMittal and Rajeev Bhaduria for the months of September - November, 2012 and preserving them and further examining S/s Ravi Muthreja, SushilMaroo, VivekMittal and Rajeev Bhaduria.

The Hon’ble court directed Shri Vijay Aggarwal to file the mobile nos of S/s Ravi Muthreja, SushilMaroo, VivekMittal and Rajeev Bhaduria.

ZNL has to provide all the aforementioned moblile numbers on the next date of hearing, viz, on 22 January 2013.
