CQ- DEN & Wipro inks pact for SMS and billing services

Information Technology major Wipro and national level Multi System Operators (MSO) & cable distribution company, DEN Networks has signed an agreement to provide end-to-end fully managed solutions to enhance customer experience for its cable and broadband  subscriber.

The DEN has inked this agreement for ten years with motive to transform DEN from being a B2B to B2C organisation

DEN will use Wipro’s cloud-based platform for the subscriber management system (SMS), billing, customer relationship management, inventory management and online payments.

The cloud-based platform will use an extendible patented model that consolidates all subscriber, product, service and infrastructure-based operational data, allowing operators to reliably and rapidly create and manage a wider range of residential and business products that deliver increased operational efficiency and a greater user experience.

The agreement will help DEN to provide its customers, local cable operators (LCOs) and partners with efficient services in real time, thereby ensuring continuous engagement and zero downtime.

The initiative will also help DEN to streamline the deployment of its next-generation services and provide quicker service activation, accurate rating and billing, and excellent customer service.
