The 7.4 million customers to get self care facility for Airtel digital TV

The Airtel digital TV, the DTH service from Airtel, has come out with its self care facility its customers in India.
The customers can access the self care facility by simply dialling a toll free number *121# from their phones. All Airtel Mobile customers will receive this facility for free which is the world’s first USSD-based service innovation which allows the company to provide its mobile customers the facility to manage their airtel digital TV connections. They get the option to recharge, book movie tickets and even purchase top up additions, among other options.

Shashi Arora, CEO- DTH/ Media, Bharti Airtel, said that the technology market in India is ripe for creating mobile applications that make self-care fun, and enhance the quality of customer engagement for organizations.
