The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Takru, IAS (GJ:79), as the Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare ((MoHFW).
Mr Takru, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1979 batch (Gujarat cadre), is currently posted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
He will be posted in place of Shri Ravinder Kumar Jain, IAS (HP:81), on his relinquishing the charge of the post.
